Overview
Reframe.ai turns looking at art into a conversation with the artist. In field sessions at SFMOMA and Clarion Alley, visitors stayed with pieces longer, asked more follow‑up questions, and described the experience as more personal than labels or audio guides.
I led concept to prototype: product strategy, UI, XR exploration, branding, user research, and field testing at SFMOMA and Clarion Alley.
The goal: give art a voice so visitors get timely, human context at the moment of gaze.
Problem
Traditional labels and guides are static. They answer questions you didn’t ask and miss the ones you did.
Why it matters
When context arrives too late or in the wrong words visits become quick glances instead of meaningful encounters.
